For our orders, their soup selection has always been a staple with each of us ordering a cup of our favorites from the modern shang soup, hototay, and the new added soup no.5. All of them are good and can be shared with the rest of the table as you can always order bigger portions. I couldn’t resist starting with their Xiao Long Bao— which were meticulously prepared and seasoned well. Their Salted Egg Prawns were the star of our meal, with a rich, creamy coating that had just the right balance of savory and sweet. The Beef Hofan was another standout—tender slices of beef paired with chewy noodles and smoky wok hei that was absolutely addictive. The pricing is on the premium side, but for the quality, portions, and overall experience, it’s worth it. “ Me and my husband ate here last may 12, being holiday it was full packed. We were on waitlist and were seated after about 30mins. Ordered 3 xiao long bao, chicken feet and toasted noodles. Food is great only comment is the noodles when you mixed it you cannot see much of its toppings, 1 fish cake and a little of crab meat, no veggies. Service is okay as staff was so busy ”
